NYT’s Columnist makes Warren Kinsella Seem Half Lucid

Thanksgiving is next week, and President Bush could make it a really special holiday by resigning.Seriously. We have an economy that’s crashing and a vacuum at the top. Bush — who is currently on a trip to Peru to meet with Asian leaders who no longer care what he thinks — hasn’t got the clout, or possibly even the energy, to do anything useful. His most recent contribution to resolving the fiscal crisis was lecturing representatives of the world’s most important economies on the glories of free-market capitalism. –Gail “Crest White Strips” Collins”—NYT’s

Gail wants Bush to resign and have The One takeover right away. Too bad there’s this thing called The Constitution that gets in the way, eh Gail?

Gail actually does have a good idea. But lets keep The Constitution in mind for now.   Let Bush resign for Thanksgiving.  Say hello to President Dick “give me 10 days and I’ll have a war with Iran and make it look like it was their fault” Cheney for 60 days!!  Sweet!  I would go for it just for the head explosions.

Better yet. Over on Ace his readers are also thinking with the Constitution in mind:

Bush Resigns

President Cheney

Appoints: Steele as VP

Cheney Resigns

President Steele

Appoints: Palin as VP

Steele resigns

President Palin

Screws The One and the RATS out of being first anything.   SWEET!

Seriously though.  This is just as good of a Thanksgiving gift:

“give me 10 days and I’ll have a war with Iran and make it look like it was their fault”

LOL

I hope the big Owe’s “talk” about talking to those maniacs was just that… The world can’t afford another American President that appeases the aggressors.
